"Up" if the ETH/USD price at the end of the window is greater than or equal to the price at its start (the price to beat). Otherwise "Down". The HoolyMarket index is the median price across several of the largest crypto exchanges, recalculated every second. If the index is unavailable at a window boundary, candles from the index's primary exchange are used. The next window opens immediately after this one ends.
